COVID-19 Hotel Updates

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. See how Travel Inn & Suites is keeping guests safe.

Our rooms are located in three separate buildings all with exterior corridor access. This reduces exposure and maintains appropriate social distancing boundaries. Guests can park right in front of their door and walk straight into their private room. No long closed hallways, no elevators, and no worries of recirculating air.

✓ After each guest checkout, our team comes in with an electrostatic spray gun to sanitize the room after cleaning. The Purtabs solution is EPA approved to kill COVID-19 on all surfaces.

✓ Each guest room door is left open during post-stay cleaning to allow stagnant air out and let fresh air in.

✓ Face masks are required for guests in the lobby and all public areas. If needed, we are offering face masks and gloves to our guests.

✓ Staff is required to wear a face mask at all times.

✓ We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including our front desk, staircases, door handles, etc.) and have continued the use of high-grade disinfectants.

✓ Sanitation stations have been added throughout the lobby for guest use.

✓ There are markers in the lobby to promote social distancing.

✓ There is a protective shield at the front desk between staff and guests for everyone's safety.

The safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority. We will continue to actively monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals.
